Brian Affleck Golf Academy | Learn to Compete Program

Learn to Compete Program (Ages 12–18)

Our Junior Golf Academy Curriculum is designed for athletes ready to transition from learning the game to competing at a high level. Built on long-term development principles from Golf Canada, this program delivers a structured pathway toward tournament success and long-term performance.

Program Overview

A high-performance training system built around five key pillars:

  • Technical skill development
  • Tactical awareness
  • Physical conditioning

  • Competitive readiness


Program Length: Minimum 3-month commitment. Coaching offered up to 9 months a year. Cost and payment options at the bottom of page. 


Athlete Training Volume: 10–40 hours/week (based on development tier)

Program Fees

Glen Lovat (3-Months)

This program has a minimum 3-month commitment and will be a group/team setting. Open to Antigonish, Pictou County and Colchester County athletes.


 All the above information is included, as well as the following:

  • Weekly 2-hour session
  • Weekly Practice Plans
  • Ongoing Coach Support


Program Cost: $600

Program Location: Glen Lovat Golf Club

Dates: Thursdays starting May 7th

Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Private Coaching

This program is also available as a Private Coaching option.


Athletes require a 3-month commitment, then month-to-month options available.
